Our practitioners are accredited by the Australian Government under the Family Law (Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners) Regulations 2025 (Cth) and meet all national accreditation standards. All of our internal Practitioners are proud Members of the Australian Dispute Resolution Association (ADRA) and certified AMDRAS accredited mediators.

We specialise in delivering services to clients across remote and regional Australia.

JACOB MATYSEK

MANAGING PRACTITIONER, PREMIUM MEDIATION

Jacob Matysek is the Managing Practitioner of Premium Mediation and provides mediation and dispute resolution support across Family Dispute Resolution, workplace, commercial, community, governance, and civil matters, including matters that are already before courts and tribunals. Jacob is recognised publicly as the founder of Zenadth Kes Legal, and has been described in public profiles as consulting across government, corporate, and community sectors. Jacob’s practice draws together structured negotiation, risk analysis, and practical problem solving, with a strong focus on procedural fairness, power imbalance management, and culturally informed, trauma aware engagement.

Jacob is known for his calm, direct style, turning conflict into a workable agenda, translating complexity into plain language, and helping parties reach durable, implementable outcomes. Over time, Jacob has worked across public, not for profit,  community legal, media, fisheries, Family Relasionship Centres and Legal Aid organisations with experience referenced in various official publications. He has also been actively engaged in the mediation community as an active member of the Australian Dispute Resolution Association. His work has further been reflected in public accountability and transparency reporting connected with advisory, board, executive, and management roles across Australia and at multiple levels of government. As Managing Practitioner, Jacob’s approach is outcome focused and client centred, combining preparation, disciplined process, and commercial realism.
