All packages include all communication, 60I certificates (if required) and written agreements or summaries. Package credits can be upgraded to other packages but will expire after 12 months. Extensions may be granted at our discretion where review provisions are included in a facilitated mediation agreement. Unused credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
PAYMENT METHODS
We are committed to working with you to create a solution that suits your needs, circumstances, and budget. All invoices can be paid via direct transfer, credit card (including PayPal Pay in 4), or through flexible payment plans. Payment plans are managed by our financial management partner Credee.
If you have special needs or are experiencing financial hardship, please let us know. We can tailor our fees to your circumstances and, in some cases, may be able to defer payment. Flexible payment plans are also available. While direct transfers are preferred, we accept credit card payments as well.
